Dr. Natalie Hone Romero, MD

Experience

Natalie Hone Romero, MD completed medical school in Houston, Texas. Her interest in the field of dermatology started very early during her medical career. She graduated at the top of her class in medical school and was chosen as valedictorian. After completing medical school at Universidad Anahuac, she moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to pursue a research fellowship focusing on skin cancer at the Department of Dermatology of University of Cincinnati. Dr. Hone then went on to complete her internal medicine preliminary year and Dermatology residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Upon graduation, she began her career as a dermatologist at a hospital system in Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area where she was promoted to Lead physician of the Dermatology Division. She was awarded the recognition of Top Doctor in 2019, 2020 and 2021. In 2021 Dr. Hone and her husband decided to move to Texas to be closer to their family and are happy to call Houston home. Dr. Hone is a Board certified member and diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and Texas Medical Association. She is an expert in medical, surgical, pediatric and cosmetic dermatology with special interest in skin cancer. She is motivated by the pursuit of providing high-quality dermatologic care and genuinely forming close relationships with her patients.
