Bob Harper’s Signature No-Oil Hummus Recipe
Protein- and fiber-packed hummus is a favorite new snack for the 'Biggest Loser''s trainer.

• 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 15.5- ounce low-sodium can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
• ½ garlic clove, cut into a few smaller pieces
• ¼ cup low- sodium veggie broth (or water) to thin
